any suggestions?

hi all

just wondering about the way the site is laid out. when i first started (ok, it was only like 2 weeks ago), i changed things around about 10 times before setting it out like this, but now i am wondering if i really should have all airlines everywhere in the world listed together, or separate them out into continents, as people are only really looking for work nearby...

what do you think? what would help you most?
