StaffCV running multiple job boards?
hi all
putting together the links, one thing i noticed is that a number of companies point people towards www.cabincrew.staffcv.com. this site is run by a company called StaffCV, and also seems to run some company sites (like Virgin, Jetstar, Qantas) under the address www.bfound.net
going to www.bfound.net directly seems to take you to another site called go.quietagent.com, which lets you register what sort of work you want to do and people come along and find you - kind of like a big backwards job board. not sure if anyone uses this site or not - it seems a little awkward to use, so i maybe they haven't done any updates to it for a while.

Just to clarify for you - yes, StaffCV is a technology company that is used by a number of organisations (including airlines) to create recruitment websites and manage candidate applications.
QuietAgent (www.quietagent.com) is also a website created by StaffCV. You are right in pointing out that it's not a job board... there are no job postings on QuietAgent, and no resumes are collected.
It's designed for employed people who don't necessarily want to search the internet for jobs, but would always consider a better job offer.
So - on QuietAgent, you are always anonymous. You can register and fill in a few details about yourself and your ideal job.
Employers can search QuietAgent and invite people to apply for their jobs. No employer will ever find you unless they are the type of employer you would consider working for.
It's designed to allow you to stay secret and anonymous, while QuietAgent always keeps looking for you.
