why do people make websites like this??

hi all

over the last few days, i have visited hundreds of web sites that have things to do with airlines. i can't understand it, but lots of them were broken, or specific pages were broken, or were incredibly slow, didn't work in my browser (apparently firefox is the best browser, but it doesn't seem to work all the time) or were just unsuable because they where plain awful.

i don't know why the people who make them don't actually spend 5 minutes trying to use them
