things that i have learnt

hi all

it's been an interesting few weeks since i started this blog. it makes you realise that businesses run in all kinds of ways.

i have had some emails from people saying thanks for listing the link as it might help and i have had a couple of people saying you have missed our airline and giving me a link

i hve also had people sending emails from anonymous accounts saying "this service was wonderful" or "that service was great". it is fair to say that i hadn't expected such things when i started, but i guess i should have :-)

overall, it just makes me realise that although there are some wonderful people out there, there are also some who aren't so honest and straight forward. i guess i feel really stupid about it because one the things this person said to me was that i was always so negative. nobody ever calls me negative (they tell me not to be so happy!!!) so i felt really stupid being suckered into believing there story

anyway life is for learning. i have had some great feedback from people, and i am going to take that as a good thing
