charging people to apply to become a flight attendant - it just seems wrong!

hi all

just a quick note - looks like more and more airlines are charging people to become flight attendants, by making them pay for certificates, vaccinations, security clearances, first aid training, language certificate. charging people to apply for a job, or before they start to work for you seems a bit wrong to me. what does anyone else think?
